We have secured rooms for conference Delegates at the "Amora Hotel Riverwalk" (http://www.amorahotels.com.au/Riverwalk/index.html) (conference venue) which is located on the banks of the Yarra river in the bustling trendy inner suburb of Richmond in Melbourne. Amora is just a stones throw, or a tram ride from the CBD in the heart of the Melbourne shopping and dining action.

Reservation Procedure

Choose one of the room types below. Then contact the hotel directly to secure your room. Please note that the hotel rates below do not include breakfast as the hotel prices it separately (prices given below). You must book directly with the hotel yourself and say that you are part of the Cytogenetics Meeting group block code:

The hotel website has photographs and plans of each room type. The rooms are very comfortable. Most of these rooms can accommodate 3 people. The two bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 people.

Deluxe Courtyard Queen @ $180.00 room only
$210.00 per night with Buffet Breakfast

The Deluxe Courtyard Queen Room comprises of a Queen Size Bed, ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony overlooking the central courtyard of the hotel.  There are a limited number of these rooms, which have two King Single beds, for guests requiring a room with two separate beds.  All Deluxe Courtyard Queen rooms also feature a fold out sofa bed.  Maximum occupancy in these rooms is 3 people.

$230.00 per night with Buffet Breakfast

The Deluxe Courtyard King Room comprises of a King Size Bed, which can also be converted into two single beds, ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a balcony overlooking the central courtyard of the hotel.  All Deluxe Courtyard King rooms also feature a fold out sofa bed.  Maximum occupancy in these rooms is 3 people.

Superior King Spa @ $220.00 room only
$250.00 per night with Buffet Breakfast

Our Superior King Spa comprises a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with spa bath, and offers city or Bridge Road views from the balcony.  Maximum occupancy in these rooms is 2 people.

Superior Loft @$220.00 room only
$250.00 per night with Buffet Breakfast

The Loft Queen Suite comprises a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, separate living area with kitchenette and offers city or Bridge Road views from the balcony. All Loft Queen Suites rooms also feature a fold out sofa bed.  Maximum occupancy in these rooms is 3 people.  Loft Queen Suites are located on the top level of the hotel and each room features its own set of stairs from this level into the room.

Townhouse Apartment @ $270.00 room only
$340.00 per night with Buffet Breakfast

Comprises of a Superior King Spa room on first level and Superior Loft Queen room on the second level.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
