Sponsorship Levels

Platinum - $5,000
Major Sponsor Package (one only available)
For $5,000 + GST, you will receive all benefits of the Gold Sponsorship Package, in addition you will also receive:
- Company Logo on satchels
- Company Logo on name badges
- An additional free registration which includes the Conference dinner.
and:
- Company Oral Presentation, 10 minutes duration
- Table outside lecture theatre during sponsored session to display materials
- Trade display
- Satchel insert
- Acknowledgments:

Gold - $2,800
Session sponsorship, trade display and presentation
You will receive all benefits of the Silver Sponsorship package plus sponsorship of an entire scientific session.
You will also have the option of giving a 10 minute oral presentation at the beginning or end of a session.
Company slides/logo will be displayed at the commencement and conclusion of the scientific session and the chair of the session will give due acknowledgement of your company’s support to the meeting.
You have the option to set up a small table outside the lecture theatre for a brief display of your company’s products before and after the session.
Your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor in the conference abstract booklet and be entitled to place promotional material in the conference satchel given to all delegates.
The cost of $2,800 + GST covers:
- Company Oral Presentation, 10 minutes duration

Silver - $1,800
Trade Display
A trade display booth will be made available on Saturday morning before morning tea, which will be dismantled Sunday afternoon after lunch. Morning and afternoon tea will be served in the trade display area to allow delegates to interact with sponsors.
Your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor in the conference abstract booklet and be entitled to place promotional material in the conference satchel given to all delegates.

Nickel - $800
For $800 + GST you will recieve a full page black and white advertisement and logo in programme booklet and website, and a Satchel Insert if required. Please make sure the copy for the program is submitted to the secretariat by 11th July 2009.
Bronze - $750
Support for a Scientific Session

Copper - $500
Satchel insert
This donation towards the meeting would enable your company to place promotional material in the conference satchel given to all delegates and be acknowledged as a sponsor in the conference abstract booklet.
For $500 + GST you will receive:

We would also be grateful to receive stationary such as pens, pads and notelets to be placed in the delegates’ satchels. This could also be an option if you did not wish to make a direct financial contribution but would still like the opportunity to promote your company at the meeting.
Optional Extras
We note that in the past, several of our sponsors have expressed a desire to support specific events. These may include:
- Sponsoring the travel or accommodation of a visiting speaker.
- Sponsorship of cocktail party / welcome reception through donation towards food and / or alcohol.
- Subsidizing the conference dinner; contribution towards food or drink costs.
- Sponsorship of a coffee break or poster session.

Trade Card Draw
In past years we have instituted a trade card draw. Each delegate is given a card to be stamped at each trade display, to be eligible in a draw for prizes. This helps to ensure that delegates do attend all the trade displays and your company benefits from obtaining many contacts from the various labs.
We would appreciate if you could donate an item to go into the draw. Previous donated items have included wine, vouchers, gold class movie tickets, Ipods, binoculars and cameras. All donated items will be acknowledged at the draw. If you do wish to donate, could you please inform Helen Wilkin (helen.wilkin@southernhealth.org.au ) of the item so that we know if any additional gifts need to be purchased. Gifts will be collected at the start of the conference.
