Registration Details

The Registration fee includes administration costs, Welcome drinks, coffee breaks, 2 lunches and dinner at the Cradle Mountain Lodge.

Optional Mutation Detection Crossover Package

For those delegates who ARE NOT registered for the Mutation Detection Meeting beginning 4.00 pm 3rd August and ending 12.00 pm 6th August, you are able to take out an OPTIONAL package to attend Session 1 of this meeting and the dinner which follows it. The session will be a theme related to the MGSA. A minibus will be available the following day at 12.30 pm (Wed. 4th) back to Launceston airport to catch flights home (there is not enough time to get to morning flights). Of course, we encourage that you register and attend the entire Mutation Detection meeting if you are able.

Individual Registration

You have the choice of paying by credit card or cheque. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to Paypal. You DO NOT have to be a member of Paypal, you can just proceed to payment without logging on. If you have any problems using the credit card payment option, please send a cheque to the address shown in the "contact us" link.

Multiple Registrations for Labs

If your lab is going to pay for a number of people at the same time they will need a printout of the "MGSA Multiple Registation Form & Tax Invoice". They are able to pay by cheque or bank transfer.

HOWEVER, ALL individuals on this form must register online so we can capture their details- they can choose "cheque" as the payment option. The Registration ID number is required before sending in the form.

Registrations will be accepted right up until the meeting (with Earlybird, Regular and Late registration fees). We do appreciate you registering prior to the meeting for logistical purposes such as catering, name badges and booklets.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received up to 30th April, 2010 will be eligible for a full refund, less a $100 Administration Fee. Cancellations received after 30th April will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
